We first ensure we understand the requirement, we then ask you to provide a couple of links to websites that you really like, we then create the designs that go back and forward until approved. Once approved we build the website

We normally ask for a 50% deposit and the remainder on completion once you are 100% happy and just prior to the website / app going live, however for very larger projects (20K +) the payment schedule is discussed with the client and is milestone based.
We normally provide 1 month of free email and phone support and 3 months of bug fixes absolutely free
For jobs under $1000 dollars we ask for payment up front, for jobs that are over $1000 dollars we request a 50% deposit up front and the rest on completion
