Once approved we build the website

Do you provide training on using the admin area of the website?admin2019-04-23T06:07:31+00:00Yes we do, free training is included as a part of every new website package

What payment schedule is used for new website and software projects?admin2019-04-23T06:18:10+00:00We normally ask for a 50% deposit and the remainder on completion once you are 100% happy and just prior to the website / app going live, however for very larger projects (20K +)  the payment schedule is discussed with the client and is milestone based.

Do you provide support after the website is built ?admin2019-04-22T17:19:59+00:00We normally provide 1 month of free email and phone support and 3 months of bug fixes absolutely free

How do you charge for smaller type hourly work ?admin2019-04-22T17:17:30+00:00For jobs under $1000 dollars we ask for payment up front, for jobs that are over $1000 dollars we request a 50% deposit up front and the rest on completion
